Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor frontend and backend development teams.
• Provide technical guidance and project direction while not necessarily diving deep into code.
• Ensure team alignment with the technical goals and milestones of projects.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members and conduct regular KPI reviews.
• Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Evaluate project progress and adjust processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading technical teams in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management practices, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and strategic direction without deep technical specialization in all underlying technologies.
