  • Coordinate with CTO and Marketing team to define segmentation, and advantage products’ features
  • Develop sales plans, and strategies and set up sales KPIs, and sales contracts
  • Conduct market research to create a list of target clients, manage them and follow their activities through Digital Channels.
  • Contact and build long-term relationships with potential clients (B2B) through Digital Channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter…) and approach new business opportunities through those Channels.
  • Contact customers directly (through phone calls, chat, and meetings) to introduce and present new products, and features.
  • Set up and join in customer meetings to understand and uncover customer needs.
  • Participate in bidding, negotiation, and following up to close sales contracts with clients (including clients’ demand, price, terms, and conditions)
  • Transfer clients’ requirements to Project Admins and Development team
  • Coordinate closely with Project Admins and Marketing team to support customers, ensure products are launched on time, and adapt to customers’ requirements.
  • Collect customers’ feedback to enhance product qualities and support in solving customers’ problems when using products.
  • Reach monthly Sales Targets and report sales activities to adjust and improve sales strategies.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by managers.


  • 1 years experience as Technical Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or other related fields.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development and IT Product
  • Strong English skills, written and spoken
  • Other languages are a plus, especially German
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Experience in influencing Social Networking (connections, followers)
  • Abilities to handle Sales KPI and work under deadlines, pressure
